The shower drain does not come flush with the ceramic tiling, at all.not even close. It is counter-sunk at least an inch below the tiling. Needless to say, its fairly inconvenient to use this shower. Here is a image of the drain. Please disregard the grossness/half-ass tile patch that the land lord used to 'patch the ceramic'.

Hi Guys-
First time visiting this sub, but I would be thankful for any possible insight here. We rent a full house with a furnished basement with shower. Unfortunately, it appears as though whoever installed the shower down here really half-assed it. The shower drain does not come flush with the ceramic tiling, at all...not even close. It is counter-sunk at least an inch below the tiling. Needless to say, its fairly inconvenient to use this shower.
